Make A Referral

Please contact us if you have any concerns, questions or want to make a referral by either calling 952-933-GROW (4769) or emailing us at: wseinfo@wsei.org

If you are making a referral, please provide us with the following information: your child’s name and date of birth, your name, address and phone number, best time to reach you, your home school district (if known) and what your concerns are. We will call you to follow-up.

**These are your tax dollars at work. There is no charge for screening and evaluation of your child. There may be a charge for county or private services.

**This is your public option. Some families prefer to access private therapy services depending on their insurance coverage. Many families access both public and private services.
